Ideal as a spare or pack rafting paddle, this four-piece Maverick paddle can be broken down to stow in the back of your boat or packraft and adjusted to be left or right handed. A glass reinforced nylon blade, strong glass fibre shaft with a coupling in the centre and at either blade. Foam filled shaft mean if floats and storage bag make it easy to carry.

Strong enough for white water, light enough for all day flat water and small enough to fit in anywhere.

Getting the right fit

Kayak paddles
The recommended paddle length in the table are a starting point, you may prefer a slightly shorter or longer paddle. A shorter paddle is best suited to a shorter paddler or narrower boat and longer paddles tend to suit taller people or a wider boat (such as a tandem or pack raft). Shorter paddles are quicker to react but may be difficult to use if too short. Maverick 4 piece paddle comes in 2 lengths typically the shorter is used by people paddling white water (with perhaps some flat water) where as the longer is used by those paddling mainly flatter water in wider rafts or craft.
