What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?


We currently offer free pickup from our Perth and Melbourne warehouses. Delivery is also available to the following locations at the prices listed (note prices are subject to change). For additional locations please contact us for a shipping quote.
Prices below are valid for METRO areas only, and will be added upon checkout. And these prices are for standard sized kayaks. Prices for Melbourne and Perth and are for postcodes that are generally within a 20 minute journey from our shops. postcodes further away incur a slightly higher charge. Large kayaks and canoes are up to $350 shipping. And, we cannot ship paddlecraft to most remote locations.

We ship standard accessories to most places in Australia for $8 (per shipment). there are some exceptions for remote postcodes. Items classified as Bulky, such as trolleys, ship usually for $18 (sometimes more). and there are some items that are classified as small bulky which ship for $14

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay using any major credit card, including Visa and Mastercard, or direct deposit. please contact us for our bank details for direct deposits.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and provider, and we try to select the most efficient service for your order. If you are remote shipping usually take longer. Shipping should take up to 5 business days (excluding kayaks) but since covid shipping times have blown out. Please allow 8 – 8 business days from dispatch prior to contacting us. For most of our shipping you will be provided a tracking number once the shipment is lodged. Please note that shipping kayaks can take up to 3 weeks plus, especially in out of the way locations.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The website is secured with a validated SSL certificate for your security.To confirm this, note the ‘https’ prefix in the address bar (top left of screen), and ‘Secure’ icon from your browser (in Google Chrome, this is displayed to the left of the address bar).

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order, you will received an order confirmation email (and receipt).We endeavor to dispatch orders next business day where possible.Tracking numbers for shipping will be provided if applicable.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A tax invoice will automatically be emailed to the address you provide during the checkout process.
