1. Chest
Measure the chest around the fullest part, placing the tape close under the arms making sure the tape is well up at the back over the shoulder blades.
2. Waist
Measure around the natural waistline, at the point your waistband or belt usually fits (unless you wear your trousers round your bum, then you’ll just have to bend to the side and see where you crease, that’s your waist).
3. Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to where the trouser hem is to sit on the shoe/bottom of the ankle, alternatively you can measure a trouser that fits you well.
4. Arm
This is taken from the neck point (the collar seam on the shoulder line) along the shoulder and down the outer sleeve to the wrist.
