Harvey 1983 this West Australian newspaper photo is of Sean Sinclair and Ken Miller in Slalom C2 at National Slalom and DR titles at Harvey in January 1983, this Roger Smith shot made the top third of page 3 of the Saturday West Australian newspaper at the time.
