Kajak Sport Paddle Joiner Oval Shaft Version

Made in Finland this Oval joiner is specifically made to suit the Oval shaft of the Kajak Sport Greenland Paddle, but may suit other brands of Paddle with ovalised shafts. This joiner allows for length adjustment and can be used (opened and closed) with either hand.

Construction is simple and refined leading to very easy and reliable operation.  It is fully corrosion free and works well in all type of waters (i.e. salt friendly).

This ferrule unit will be a trouble-free and long lasting solution for your paddle taking apart and putting together your paddle (and stopping it from coming apart when you want it to stay together).

Note this is oval so the dimensions reflect this having two measurements (height and width) for both the outer shaft and the internal (spigot) diameter (outer). This is so highly ovalised that is almost a rounded off rectangle.

Storing

It is strongly recommended to store the ferrule / paddle in an open position, not closed. In open position the ferrule is not under continuous stress and it will lengthen the service life multiple times.
