Made in WA from one piece of heavy duty reinforced Moulded Plastic. (Comes with 2 (optional) end caps used to seal the handle after it has been fitted
Does not come with the cord. Usually a short length of cord is required to attach to your kayak or canoe to this handle (cord not included- black 3mm cord, is commonnly used but thicker diameter cord will also work)
Other kinds of cord may also work fine
