This is Mission Metal Deck insert for Eco Bezhig, Contour and other mission kayaks. This insert acts a bushing to allow the rudder pin to rotate allowing steering. This insert fits inside the kayak deck’s recessed hole or into  stern rudder gudgeon mounting plate. Allows the rudder to rotate left right freely and stop it from coming out if upside down. Includes retaining bolt and Clip. We do try to hold stock but as they don’t break we don’t carry many, Please enquire if out of stock as we can obtain them or may have as part of another system that we can supply but may be a while before they show in stock if you don’t ask.

Small Metal tube designed specifically for mission kayaks and originNZ rudders.
This metal tube inserts into a deck recess (hole) on the rear deck of some mission kayaks (and potentially other smaller brands. Older model kayaks may have it secured into a gudgeon plate. The pin is secured in place with a metal bolt (included). Rudder pin in then inserted into this Rudder pin deck mount tube allowing rudder to move smoothly and freely (left and right). The R Clip secures the rudder in place preventing it from being jolted out (or falling if kayak is upside down)
