Its rectangular footprint with multiple hole patterns lines up with many Scotty, RAM, and Cannon mounts, so you can upgrade to RAILBLAZA without drilling new holes. Moulded from high-strength, UV-stable plastic, it shrugs off salt, sun, and repeated abuse.
Just like every StarPort, it locks in any RAILBLAZA accessory with a simple push-and-twist, then releases just as easily when it’s time to reconfigure. Whether you’re rigging a kayak, boat, or off-road setup, the StarPort HD delivers rock-solid mounting that plays well with others.

With the invention of the RAILBLAZA StarPort HD – a rectangular, four-point installation base similar in size to that of Scotty, RAM, Cannon, Fish-On, and many others – you can easily remove and replace your old bases with a RAILBLAZA StarPort HD.
Not only does the transition to this RAILBLAZA base give you the comfort of RAILBLAZA’s ‘slide locking mechanism’, but it also opens up access to RAILBLAZA’s large selection of accessories and limitless rigging possibilities.
The base exhibits all the RAILBLAZA core features: stylish, low profile, and based on the StarPort design allowing you to effortlessly retask any accessory in this range from one base to another.
Lubricant Warning: Use of petroleum-based lubricants on the StarPort slide locking mechanism will cause failure. Silicone-based products are best suited for RAILBLAZA lubrication. Before applying, please check contents of lubricant
Track Mounting Notes: The StarPort HD can also be centrally mounted on many popular track systems. This comes with the added versatility of tool-free adjustment. Because of the variations of kayak tracks and the different user opinions of them, RAILBLAZA has a proprietary track mounting hardware sold here.

Many kayaks and boats are made to suit the 4 hole base pattern of Scotty, RAM, Cannon, Fish-On, and many others. Now RAILBLAZA’s original accessories can easily be fitted to these vessels. After many requests we introduced the StarPort HD. This is a stylish, four screw base mount, which comes with the popular RAILBLAZA locking slide, and is lower in profile than others on the market. The StarPort HD can also be centrally mounted on many popular track systems, with the added versatility of tool-free adjustment. Just buy our TracMount Kit 03-4109-11, & open up the central hole bosses with a 6.5mm (1/4 in) drill bit.

Currently this comes with mounting hardware. Metric mounting hardware ( 4 x M5 x 20mm machine screws, washers, and nyloc nuts)- These items were not included in the starport Heavy Duty for a while but now mounting hardware is once again included. This has happened without notice so we may receive stock in the future without the hard ware so this may change.
