This Short Pan Head G316 Grade Stainless Steel Screw has a fine thread and a shallow head. Used by various kayak brands (Wilderness Systems, Dagger, Mad River, Perception, Old Town, older wavesport etc.) in various locations either as a cover for (an otherwise unused) inset thread insert, or where a small low profile screw is required (some thigh braces etc.)

10-32 refers to  a #10 UNF (Unified Fine) size screw or nut that has 32 threads per inch. The diameter of the shaft is 3/16″ (4.76 mm).
