Smart Track Performance Model Foot Rest rudder controllers have their Toe Pilot Rudder Controller Pedals mounted on their Performance Metal Rails for extra stiffness. Cockpit controller allows leg length adjustment whilst seated in the kayak. Made of Plastic with rigid Aluminium rails. Comes with 15 Foot of control cable fitted. Suitable only for kayaks where the rails can be screwed in from underneath(outside) typically only sit in side models.

These SmartTrack Performance foot braces feature super tough aluminium rails for increased rigidity and durability paired with Toe Pilot rudder controls so that instead of sliding your feet forward and back as with standard pedals, your feet stay braced at all times. Upper pedals do the steering so your stability and balance are never compromised. Lets you maintain control while directing energy from your torso directly to your stroke. Paddling more efficiently means you can paddle longer.

Ergonomically designed, the two part Toe Pilot rudder control foot brace consists of a fixed lower half of pedal to provide solid bracing at all times, and a movable toe piece which allows rudder operation.

A Cockpit controller arm under the rail allows you to move the footrests back and forwards whilst seated, allowing for easy changes for long days on the water, different user leg lengths, or to access in front of the footrest without obstructions when touring full loaded or maintenance/cleaning.

Performance Smart Track Performance Toe Control foot rests requires a screw from the outside of the boat, (or inside the hull in SOTs) i.e. screw in from the other side of the mounting point on the kayak. Smart Track’s other option the Recreational model can be attached can be attached from either side of the hull.

Toe Control Steering is accomplished by minute pressure from toes to the top half of the pedals. Feet don’t slide back and forth to steer.

While seated, pedal position is easily adjusted from the cockpit. Pedals cannot be accidentally dislodged.

The track design prevents sand build-up.
