Stellar Replacement rubber plug for Stellar Skis with small permanently open venturi’s. This bung blocks the carbon venturis preventing water intake. Comes with a length of 2mm shock cord.

Venturi Scupper drains holes keep the water out of sit on top ski’s cockpit by sucking water out when the kayak is in motion. This plug is suitable for the fixed drains (permanently open) found on some stellar kayaks. These are small holes in the deck cockpit area and typically have a carbon fibre drainage guard or bullet projecting on the underside of the hull to create the venturi sucking effect.
This plug blocks the hole. Typically used in flatter water where less water comes over the side this plug keeps water from coming up through the venturi drain. This keeps water out of the cockpit area even when stationary and is useful in colder water or when training sessions may require rests.

Slightly Tapered from ⌀21.6mm at the base to ⌀23.3mm at the top (approx)

 

Stellar Ski’s have 2 different styles, adjustable and fixed venturis, this will not work on the adjustable models (de Brito IYE etc).
