Surge Footrest Rudder Controls – Drummer Ski

The Surge Footrests for Drummer ski consist of a carbon fibre drive/ base plate and two toe control panels/flaps made of carbon fibre (on integrated non metal hinges). The toe controls are held in position by 2mm shock cord attached to the back via carbon fibre mounts keeping the foot area super clean.

The Surge Drummer Carbon Fibre Footrest and rudder Control Plate is best suited to a Dynema/ Kevlar cord used to control the rudder and features 2 holes on each plate for a Z friction system which is is easy to use and enables quick tool free leg length adjustment.
It is possible to use Stainless steel cable if that is your current system but more care will need to be taken with wear from the cable through holes etc
Designed to be mounted on rails it features two holes on each side of the drive plate that will attach to the separate Surge Footrest rail system (also available), but it can be mounted to other systems or in other ways to suit different skis.
Dimensions are illustrated roughly in the images for those choosing to use it for a non standard Ski
