Wilderness Systems Skeg Controller Box Assembly Kit

This is found on later models of the Wilderness Systems Sea Kayaks with cord controlled Skegs.

Note: Earlier models used a wire cable system. This Wire Cable is controlled with a simple toggle on either a bar (older pre 2010 models) or onto a plastic sleeve over the wire directly( more recent to 2016 models). Wire cable skegs will not work with this controller and do not use the included box spare parts are available for the cable skeg and controllers.

Compatible with current and recent Wilderness Systems Tempest 165/170 and Zephyr 155/160.

Colour is Grey

Kit is made up of the control tab (used to raise and lower the skeg) and the housing that holds the tab in position that secures to the deck. Mounting hardware is included (Screw, Nut and washer.)
