This Single eye (hole) deck fitting is found on some kayaks. One hole to attach to kayak leaving one low profile holes for cord or other purposes.

A double hole version is also available for 2 cords or to hold cord more securely etc.

Anka Single Hole Deck eye can be used as a replacement part, or for custom fitting as needed. Fits 3/16 (or metric equivalent) flat head screw ¾ inch or longer (or tri fold rivet if no thread or internal access available)
