This Deck Saddle or Line Guide fits into recessed fittings in a kayak to give a flush deck and to secure deck lines or bungy (Shock Cord). Comprising 2 horizontal holes for the lines and a vertical hole for the fixing screw. Common on Wilderness systems and Perception kayaks it will fit many other brands including common composite models (especially models made in the UK)

Deliveries to regional and remote take longer

This will fit an approx 28mm diameter recess and will accommodate two bungee cords or deck lines of 5mm diameter (1/4 inch) snugly (i.e hard to thread through), or 4mm (3/16 inch), lines freely. Fitting is roughly 28 mm x 12 mm with a depth of about 13mm ( probably 1 1/16 long, 1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch wide).

Normally a 10-32 countersunk head screw, will secure the line guide inserting into a threaded fitting at the bottom of a moulded round depression on the deck of the boat. Some brands may use a different (metric) thread.

This is a single line guide fitting. Screw not included.

Please ensure you use G316 Grade Stainless Steel fittings when attaching
