Harmony Shock Cord 1/4 inch 20ft

This Shock Cord (1/4 inch diameter) is commonly used for both sit-in and sit-on kayaks from America (Imperial not metric) as elastic deck rigging, in cargo wells, and for deck nets. The best use of this Bungee Cord is as a replacement to old, worn deck rigging, adding new deck rigging and custom applications.

Most sea kayaks will take 14 to 16 feet of quarter-inch bungee cord in front of the cockpit. A paddle float self-rescue system, behind the cockpit, can be 6 to 8 feet of quarter-inch bungee. Recreational kayaks make take 10 to 12 feet of quarter-inch bungee cord for deck rigging in front of the cockpit.
