Kajak Sport Skeg Control Unit- Cord Type 4

Kajak Sport Skeg Control Unit 4 is made for flexible cord-operated skeg systems, rather than stainless steel cable versions. The Skeg control Unit features a low-profile control button for a smooth designed for recessed installation near the cockpit. The Skeg System 4 is both precise and stylish, ensuring effortless operation. The button automatically locks into position, keeping the skeg blade securely in place at all times.

The control box is designed to be easily flushed clean, providing good clearance to minimize the impact of sand and dirt on functionality. Its fully corrosion-free construction ensures durability in all conditions.

Easy and Versatile Installation, no glue required. Can be fixed with one hidden screw from the bottom when mounted in a pre-made recess (rotomolded or composite). For kayaks without a pre-made recess, installation is possible using the Kajak Sport (special order) adapter box (521710).

This model of controller is designed specifically for Kajak Sports Type 4 Skeg which is also available as a complete kit (with and without Flange depending on what boat you are mounting it on).
