Situated amidst stunning lakes, rivers with Class V rapids, estuaries, and beautiful beaches offering some of Europe’s finest surf in Devon and Cornwall, their design studio and factory thrive in that perfect setting. They're blessed to have the opportunity to test there products in their natural environment, alongside a dedicated team who put their gear to the test all around the world. Their productsundergo rigorous real-life testing during development, partnering with busy outdoor activity centres across the U.K. Nookie's journey began in 1991 with a deep passion for whitewater kayaking and a vision to create dry, safe, and functional gear that also exuded style on the water. Though that passion still burns within them, sa they pass their 30th year their horizons have expanded. While they remain devoted to whitewater kayaking, they've developed a keen interest in all water activities, be it canoeing, sea kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding. Specialising in the design and production of waterproof drywear (including drysuits, kayaking dry trousers & jackets) buoyancy aids, thermal clothing, spraydecks, and accessories, Nookie's entire team possesses a wealth of expertise and decades of experience. This collective knowledge forms the foundation of their unwavering understanding of their products.
