The Norse Freyja Carbon is a speedy, smooth kayak designed with the smaller paddler in mind. The kayaks low deck height & lower profile deck means smaller paddlers will feel comfortable and in control. The boats rounded chine hull design means you can move smoothly from edge to edge. The lightweight V-shaped hull makes it easy to maintain speed and track efficiently. The Norse Freyja comes fitted with a rudder which further helps tracking and control in all conditions.
The carbon fibre composite hull means this boat is strong, light and rigid – making its performance sleek & efficient. It is built with aramid reinforcement in the keel – giving it even more strength.
The Norse Freyja Carbon has an easy access day hatch located just behind the cockpit. It has plenty of storage available inside the bow & stern hatches making it perfect for longer expeditions. The deck bungee also adds some extra storage space for those item you want to have super quick access to.
The cockpit ergonomics are designed for all day comfort. The seat gives plenty of support while minimizing pressure points. The Freyja is designed for a smaller paddler and the cockpit reflects this – If you are looking for a larger alternative you could check out the Norse Ymir (available in carbon and fibreglass)
With its compact, sleek design the Norse Freyja is perfect for smaller paddlers wanting a premium kayak that feels fast and smooth.
Note that the Carbon version has a black (Carbon coloured) interior (inside the cockpit). These pictures may show the the white interior of the fibreglass version. Externally they are visually identical

Norse are a Norwegian based paddle sport company, and have been in the Industry since 2001. In 2013 they started the development of the Norse Kayaks. Using their long experience in arranging sea kayaks classes, they have developed the best possible kayaks for Norway’s demanding coastline.
