Ocean & Earth Quick Release Shackle Stainless Steel

This stainless steel shackle with a swivel is an ideal way to connect two things together securely whilst still being able to release the join in a hurry. The construction means that even if the shackle is under stress it will still let go without undue effort on your part.

Made of G316 grade Stainless Steel (sometimes known as marine grade)

Quick release for Downwind Surf Ski leashes. When coming to a surf/ landing zone it is best to not be attached to your kayak/ ski. A quick no look pull on an attached bobble will release you. Boardworks quick release leashes already feature this style of shackle but this can be integrated into a new or existing leash system you may use.

Sup Leashes this can be used as part of a waist PFD system to allow quick release when required but also secure attachment to avoid losing your board in the open ocean.

C1 Slalom Canoe (Kayaks) have thigh/knee straps to hold you securely in place to increase control and allow easy rolling etc. putting a shackle as the quick release component means you can get out in a hurry when other buckles may jam.

Tow in surfing and surf rescue sleds behind jet skis need a strong attachment that is reliable but can be let go if need be, this fulfils the requirements.
