PERCEPTION Perception Pedal Drive Quick Key Assembly with Hardware

Replacement pedal drive quick key assembly kit for Perception kayas with a pedal drive system. Used to lock and unlock the pedal drive unit in operational use and travel position. Mounts to pedal drive mounting plate (not included) with included hardware. Uses a solid stainless steel pin with plastic end. Compatible with Perception Crank, Pescador Pilot and Showdown kayaks.

Kit includes 1 x Quick Release Axle Pin secured in a bracket, 1 x bracket (loose receives pin), 4 x screws, 4 x stainless washers, 4 x Rubber (neoprene?) washers and a hex wrench (allen key) for installation. – May or may not include a clevis pin-

There are two versions of this pin.

One version has a a hole for a clevis pin and one without a hole for this pin. They are labelled with the same part numbers from perception and apart from the hole for the clevis pin are the same. Current stock does not include the hole for the clevis pin

Usually the clevis pin is secured via swaged cable to the Perception Pedal Drive threaded knob mounting bolt and isn’t included here (as would not be swaged to the correct part), but some shipments may include it anyway, although models without the hole won’t.
