Surge Kayak Foam Block Cradle Oval XL (each)

56 x 13cm Suits Aero and Wing Roof racks

The Surge Foam Kayak Blocks OVAL in the XL size are designed to fit over most oval, elliptical or aero (wing) style roof racks to support (spread the load) and buffer/protect your kayak during transport. These are suited to wider kayaks being 56cm across e.g. Most recreational sit on tops or many river kayaks, (will also suit narrower kayaks so no need to buy both kinds).

Unlike many cradles this block is super quick to put on and take off your roof rack and can be easily stored in the car between uses freeing up the roof rack for other items when not carrying kayaks.

Light weight and easy to use.

Made from durable minicell foam with moulded channels that fit over your roof rack bars.
The the curved top shape combined with the ability of the high density foam to deform cradles the hull of your kayak, protecting the boat from point loading and crush damage as well as helping prevent slippage.

This is the same foam block as sold in the Surge Kayak Foam Roof Rack Cradle Kit (Pair of blocks with accessories etc.)

Sold as a Single block.
(If you need a pair, please order x 2)
