Wilderness Systems Oval hatch (2002-2008 models)

Fits Wilderness Systems kayaks such as: Pungo, Tarpon, Tempest & Tsunami models through approx. date range 2002 to 2008. Not all models where outfitted with this hatch in this date range, please double check if necessary.

Made of dual density rubber, gray and black, and fits over the raised hatch opening.
Fits a raised oval hatch lip, approximately 31 x 46.4 cm ( 12 1/4 inches x 18 1/4 inches )

Cover is 13 1/4 inches wide by 18 7/8 inches long outside dimensions. Inside dimensions of cover are approximately 12 inches wide by 17 3/4 inches long.

Kayaks manufactured after this date will use the similar oval hatch which has a smaller grey oval in the middle  and wider black outer, This model has a small black rim border and larger grey central oval. Kayaks manufactured pre 2002 (or even during this time period) may use the appropriate sized kajaksport oval hatch or use a soft neoprene cover under a hard non fitted lid (e.g.cape horn).
