These pads fit a number of Perception kayaks including but not limited to the following (will also fit a number of Dagger kayaks fitted with the zone outfitting)

Comes with holes that align with existing fixture holes in your kayak

Dagger Version (Same dimensions but with a different face fabric and pattern) here

Uses Short Pushpins, and Screws with Nyloc Locking nuts, or commonly you can use your existing Hardware.
